ABOUT CAROLINE ISSA

Caroline Issa is the Fashion Director of Tank Magazine and Editor of www.becauselondon.com. Armed with a business degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, she spent the beginning of her career as a management consultant, working with brands such as Nordstrom and Dr. Pepper/7UP. She moved to London and joined Tank to help establish the magazine into its 4th year and develop its creative agency arm, Tank Form.


10 years later, in between publishing independent magazines, she can also be found working as a creative consultant for several luxury and retail fashion brands. She has been on the juries of the Hyères and Les Rencontres d'Arles photography festivals, as well as the Swiss Textile Awards and is a champion of young talent.

I find this woman to be totally inspirational, my background is in finance and its amazing how she has created a creative career for herself and is living her dreams, proof that it is possible, you can create the life and career you want. Thanks Caroline Issa for your inspiration.

Girl crush - Paula Goldstein

Me of all people...I never thought I would ever have a girlcrush...yes life can be unpredictable...well I'm glad my girlcrush isn't stellar (yet) or in hollywood....I can relax now I haven't changed into some obsessive teenager with a scrapbook or anything like that....

Paula Goldstein is the Creative Director for Purple.fr at Purple Magazine.

I think this lady will go far, she is a great and creative communicator and she is down to earth as in not up herself. She is very pretty too...some girls are just lucky....but I'm sure she works hard too.
